Refund policy

We offer returns or exchanges within 5 days of delivery. Returns happen only in cases where a damaged product is received.

• A ₹100 reverse shipping fee will be applicable for returns or exchanges.
  
• Requests made after 5 days of delivery will not be accepted.
  
• Returns or exchanges for damaged, missing, or incorrect items will only be accepted if a clear unboxing video is recorded from the opening of the sealed package without any cuts or edits.

All purchases made during a sale, promotional event, clearance, or using any discount code are final.

Sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or store credit under any circumstances, except in the unlikely event that an incorrect or defective product has been delivered.

Customers are requested to review all product details, specifications, and images carefully before completing their purchase, as orders placed during sale periods cannot be modified or cancelled once confirmed.

Exchange Eligibility:

• The garment must be unworn and unused.
  
• Security tags and labels must remain attached.
  
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

• Free shipping across India on all orders above ₹2,000.
  
• A ₹100 shipping fee is applicable on orders below ₹2,000.

Refund Policy

If the product meets the return or exchange criteria, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days after verification.
