  • We specialize in women’s apparel, including sarees, suits, co-ord sets, and dress material.
  • All product prices are listed in INR (₹) and are inclusive/exclusive of taxes as mentioned.
  • We reserve the right to change prices, discontinue products, or modify product details at any time.

 

 

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
  • We accept payments through secure third-party payment gateways.
  • Shrimati Heritage is not responsible for payment failures caused by external payment providers.

 

 

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to process and ship orders within the committed timeline.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and external factors.
  • Shrimati Heritage is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.

 

 

5. Return & Exchange Policy

We offer returns or exchanges within 5 days of delivery. Returns happen only in cases where a damaged product is received.

  • A ₹150 reverse shipping fee will be applicable for returns or exchanges.
  • Requests made after 5 days of delivery will not be accepted.
  • Returns or exchanges for damaged, missing, or incorrect items will only be accepted if a clear unboxing video is recorded from the opening of the sealed package without any cuts or edits.
  • Sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or store credit under any circumstances, except in the unlikely event that an incorrect or defective product has been delivered.
  • All handmade sarees are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
