We specialize in women’s apparel including sarees, suits, co-ord sets, dress material
All product prices are listed in INR (₹) and are inclusive/exclusive of taxes as mentioned
We reserve the right to change prices, discontinue products, or modify product details at any time

3. Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment
We accept payments through secure third-party payment gateways
Shrimati Heritage is not responsible for payment failures caused by external payment providers

4. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to process and ship orders within the committed timeline
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and external factors
Shrimati Heritage is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances

5. Return & Exchange Policy

We offer returns or exchanges within 5 days of delivery. Returns happen only in cases where a damaged product is received.

A ₹100 reverse shipping fee will be applicable for returns or exchanges.
Requests made after 5 days of delivery will not be accepted.
Returns or exchanges for damaged, missing, or incorrect items will only be accepted if a clear unboxing video is recorded from the opening of the sealed package without any cuts or edits.
